The Language Barrier Breached

Lois and I have been teaching in a home with a Thai heritage. The lady of the home speaks both English and Thai, but her mother can only watch, not understanding a word.

Today's study was on the evidence of the Resurrection of Jesus from the soldiers, Mary Magdelene, the half-brothers of Jesus, Thomas and the priests who were converted to Christ. I had prepared the Scriptures in Thai as well, so the mother could follow along. It was fun to see her understand what was being said. She is a Buddist.

Through the miracle of modern technology, we were able to breach the language barrier and have the mother join in our study of one of life's most important events.
